At American Revelry, we’re celebrating that spirit with our newest regional menu, a loving tribute to the Lone Star State’s unique and vast culinary traditions. We’ve scoured the state to bring you the finest local meats, produce, cheeses, and artisan products, all crafted into a menu that is both familiar and exciting.
This menu is also a celebration of local partnership. Every dish is curated with ingredients from Texas suppliers like Wagyu X, Cedar Ridge Farms, Veldhuizen Cheese, Nolan Ryan Beef, Texas Pecan Company, Goatlicious and more. Our commitment to local sourcing means every bite tells a story of Texas and the incredible local artisans who work hard to provide our exceptional ingredients.
Starters with a Texas Twist
Everyone loves jalapeno poppers and our version brings a bold new twist to the table. Order up the Texas Twinkies — a playful and sophisticated take on a classic, with two large jalapeños stuffed with tangy Goatilicious chevre and smoked short rib, all wrapped in applewood smoked bacon and basted in Texas’ beloved Dr Pepper-infused bbq sauce.
Looking for another delicious start to your meal? Try our Texas Charcuterie. This board is a collection of true Texan craftsmanship, featuring local delights like Veldhuizen Texas Gold cheddar, Chevre from Goatilicious drizzled with hot honey and cracked pepper, Lira Rossa Artisan Italian Cheese, Adagio Salumi's Calabrese and Finocchiona, paired with Texas Pecan Company pecans and dried cranberries. We can’t get enough of it — especially with a glass of wine from William-Chris Vineyards.
Deep in the Heart of Texas Entrees
You may think you know Texas cuisine but Chef Shavandy is here to challenge that notion. These are the heart of our menu — entrees with an eclectic take so delicious you’ll wonder why you didn’t think of it first.
Our Wild Boar Burger is a testament to bold flavors, featuring a wild boar patty topped with Veldhuizen Texas Gold cheddar, crispy onions, and pickled jalapeños, served on a toasted brioche bun with Parmesan truffle fries. So, what's wild boar really like? Texas wild boar tastes like a cross between pork and beef, with a unique juicy succulence. It’s often described as having a distinct earthy, nutty flavor with a notably leaner texture. It's this unique character that makes it an incredible choice for a gourmet burger.
For a taste of the Gulf, try our Pecan Crusted Redfish, fresh from the Texas coast. This tender, flaky filet is coated in a delicate pecan crust and kissed with garlic lime butter. It’s served atop a bed of creamy Hatch chile stone-ground grits and a medley of roasted zucchini and yellow squash.
For those who want to try a little bit of everything, our Mixed Grill Platter is perfect for sharing. It’s a showcase of flavors, with venison rib chop, smoked lamb ribs, and grilled rattlesnake sausage, served with a Dr Pepper bbq sauce, sweet potato fries, cole slaw and chipotle aioli.
And for the ultimate indulgence, the Texas Steak 189 is a showstopper for the table, featuring two pounds of premium Texas wagyu porter house t-bone steak from Wagyu X, with a Texas spice rub and carved tableside. It is finished perfectly with your choice of two shareable sides.

Our Texas Triple Threat dessert is a dreamy finale to this Texas road trip. When they say everything is bigger in Texas, we took a cue from this quote and created something that lives up to the name. This masterpiece is a chocolate layer cake stacked with layers of bourbon pecan pie, rich chocolate buttercream frosting, and topped with bourbon-brown butter ice cream and a luscious cajeta caramel sauce. It's the perfect ending to a true Texas feast.
