Hawaiian cuisine is a rich cultural mosaic, rooted in Polynesian tradition and layered with Japanese, Chinese, Portuguese, and American influences. It’s a cuisine defined by fresh seafood, tropical fruits, and crave-worthy comfort foods with a fusion twist.

One island favorite that often surprises diners? SPAM.

Originally introduced during World War II as a military ration, SPAM became a beloved staple in Hawaiian households. Today, SPAM Musubi—a handheld bite of sticky rice, fried SPAM, and seaweed—is a beloved snack found in lunchboxes and local eateries alike. And yes, you’ll find our elevated version featured on this special menu.

Starters with Island Soul

Start things off with an appetizer that brings the warmth of a luau. Our Huli Huli Chicken Wings are kissed by flame and glazed with a sweet, spicy pineapple-soy sauce—a harmony of smoky and tropical.

Or try our Luau Meatballs, where tender pork mingles with peppers, onions, and pineapple in a tasty sweet-and-sour glaze, finished with a sprinkle of toasted sesame.

For a bite of classic island comfort, our SPAM Musubi is a savory delight—crispy fried SPAM stacked with sticky rice, teriyaki glaze, and furikake seasoning, wrapped nori-style for a playful nod to Hawaiian tradition.

For something more savory, our Tuna Poke Salad features marinated ahi tuna over fresh greens with avocado, radish, cucumber, and carrot, tied together by a wasabi-soy vinaigrette and topped with yuzu furikake for a zesty finish.

Here is the heart of our menu — dishes so flavorful, you’ll be saying “Ono!” (That’s Hawaiian for “delicious.”) 

Our Fish Tacos showcase grilled Mahi seasoned with a Hawaiian spice blend, layered with avocado, pineapple-mango pico, and pickled cabbage, all balanced by a velvety yuzu aioli and served alongside Hawaiian-style macaroni salad.

For hearty comfort with a tropical twist, the Loco Moco features a seared beef patty over sticky rice, smothered in savory loco moco gravy, topped with a sunny-side egg and cucumber kimchi. Feeling indulgent? Upgrade to a 6 oz Flat Iron Steak.

The showstopper: our Misoyaki Butterfish. Delicately roasted black cod glazed in rich miso, plated with sticky rice, ginger-soy broccolini, sea beans, and yuzu furikake. It’s a dish that whispers moana—the ocean—in every bite.
